On Saturday, June 21st, the United Way of Marion County partnered with Habitat for Humanity and Big Brothers/Big Sisters in an effort to mentor young people and show people what it means to "Live United."
United Ways across the country observed the first annual United Way of Action on June 21st, the longest day of the year. The day was meant to to serve as a call-to-action for individuals to come together in collective efforts to make needed changes in their communities.
