Marion General Hospital is a private, not-for-profit medical facility. Areas of expertise
include cancer care, critical care transition, maternal/child care, and mental health.
MGH also provides services such as home health care, homemaker services, hospice
care, and Alzheimer's program, laboratory courier services, mobile x-rays, and social
services.
Smith Clinic is a multi-specialty medical group practice of more than 50 physicians. Its 23 medical departments provide expertise in nearly every specialty from allergies to cardiology to family practice to nuclear medicine and many others.
Residential areas of Marion offer a broad selection of homes to suit a variety of tastes, needs, and budgets. Newcomers can expect to receive value for their housing dollars, whether they select an apartment or a home. Arts and Culture
Cultural life centers around the historic Palace Theatre,
a 1920's architectural jewel, listed in the National Register
of Historic Places. The Palace seats 1,400 and offers some 100 performances each year, including concerts, opera, dance,
and variety. Other arts involvement opportunities include the Madrigal Singers, Marion Concert Band, Marion Palace Players, Woodcarver's Club, Mid-Ohio Fine Art Society, Inc., Marion Art Club, Lecture Recital Club, Garden Club, Marion Camera Club, and the Civic Chorus.

claim to fame is being the home
town of U.S. President Warren G. Harding.
One of the most popular tourist attractions
is the marble-columned memorial tomb of
the late President. The Harding Home is
also a favorite. Marion boasts more than a
dozen museums, including the Wyandot
Popcorn Museum, The Stengel True Museum and the Huber Museum.
