Weather-permitting, an emergency closure will occur from 7:00 am on Wednesday, July 30, 2014 through approximately 10:00 am Thursday, July 31, 2014 for Leader Street between W. Center St. and Silver St. ODOT will be performing deep pavement repairs in the area under the railroad overpass, which will then require a two-step process for repaving this portion of the street.
